For three days, the »Handverlesen« event location was transformed into a hotspot for wine lovers and gourmets. Numerous exhibitors presented an exquisite range of products on over 160 m² - from high-quality wines and cheese specialities to exquisite delicacies. Visitors were not only able to taste the products, but also chat directly with the producers and experience the passion behind the products.

From the initial idea to the realisation on site, an event was created that not only inspires once, but is conceived as a format with a future. With a coherent concept, a concise logo and a well thought-out corporate design, the basis was created to make enjoyment, quality and exclusivity a new experience every year.

The acquisition of suitable exhibitors in the B2B sector and the targeted approach of visitors in the B2C sector were supported by performance ads, social media campaigns and PR measures.

On site, we ensured that every detail - from the smooth organisation to the optimal presentation - was perfectly coordinated. A varied programme, including a cheese and wine pairing seminar and a show kitchen, rounded off the experience.

The atmosphere was captured with high-quality photos and videos in order to convey the concept beyond the event and whet the appetite for a follow-up to the rendezvous.

The result: a rendezvous that brings the culture of indulgence to life and shows how brand and emotions merge perfectly.
